Business Intelligence Dashboard Implementation

International client (U.S. · Europe) · Power BI · completed January 2026

Bookings · Billings · Real-time

In November 2025, our team began a Business Performance Analytics Platform project — with the goal of strengthening and centralizing our client's business reporting and creating full visibility across all locations.

At the time, insights were primarily derived from fragmented data sources and a complex database setup, making analysis time-consuming and limiting timely, end-to-end visibility. The objective was clear: connect complex source data, model it efficiently, and deliver transparent, decision-ready dashboards for business reporting across regions, including the U.S. and Europe.

From data model to decision-making

The first days focused on understanding both the data structure and core business processes: exploratory data profiling, mapping business concepts to source tables, testing Power BI connections, and defining validation and refresh workflows. Within a week the core data model was in place — and in parallel, an easy-to-use export tool gave the company immediate visibility into its data while the broader platform was still under development.

In early December, integrated data was translated into clear, business-ready insights: a multi-page dashboard covering bookings and billings gave leadership real-time visibility into revenue performance, billing flows, and financial trends for the first time. A dedicated analytics section surfaced key customer metrics, behavioral patterns, and performance drivers.

Feedback from stakeholders in Germany and the United States was integrated continuously — from country groupings and quota linking to improved visuals. A troubleshooting table safeguards data quality over time. On 5 January 2026, final validation and the U.S. presentation followed; training sessions for the sales team and key stakeholders embedded the dashboards in day-to-day operations.

The result

Real-time insights across all locations and regions
One trusted data foundation instead of fragmented sources
Executive-ready dashboards in daily operations
