This is a static website. Without your consent it sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool; it embeds no fonts, maps, videos or social media elements from third-party servers.
The only measurement we use is Google Analytics — and only if you agree via our banner on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Beyond that, we only process personal data when you actively send us something — through one of our forms — or when you buy a plug-in. Everything is described in detail below.
Fourangle Consulting GmbH
Helmerdingstraße 3
10245 Berlin, Germany
Email: info@fourangle.com
Commercial register: HRB 264171, Amtsgericht Berlin · VAT ID: DE413453238
The website runs on a server operated by STACKIT GmbH & Co. KG (Schwarz Digits) in a data centre in Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Our web server keeps no access log of the pages you visit. The only entries
recorded are calls to the two form endpoints (/api/contact and
/api/trial), logged in the server's system journal with time, IP address and
result. The purpose is to prevent abuse and to limit the number of submissions per sender.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service (Art. 6(1)(f)
GDPR). These entries are overwritten in the normal course of operation and are not evaluated
to recognise individual users.
When you submit our contact form or the questionnaire, your entries are transmitted to our CRM system, Oracle NetSuite, where a record is created. Depending on whether we already know you, this becomes either a new prospect record or a note on the existing one.
Data processed: the details you enter (usually name, email address, company and your message or questionnaire answers). Your IP address is used only transiently during submission to limit the number of submissions per sender; it is not stored on the record.
Purpose and legal basis: handling your enquiry and communicating with you; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries in the run-up to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
After submitting you receive an automatic confirmation email at the address you provided; our service team is notified in parallel.
On the plug-in pages, the button “Request a trial run” or “Request a demo” opens a small form. Your details (name, email address, message, the product concerned and the page you wrote from) are sent by our server as an email to our service address, with your email address as the reply-to address. Our mailboxes are operated with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited) as a processor.
Purpose and legal basis are the same as in section 4.
You can buy the plug-ins directly. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland; we receive no complete payment data and in particular process no card or bank details.
js.stripe.com when the
page opens. Stripe learns your IP address and the page you opened and may set cookies
within its own domain for fraud prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in
offering a direct way to buy (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).During a purchase Stripe processes your data as its own controller; the Stripe privacy policy applies. We process the contract data of your purchase to perform the contract and to meet commercial and tax retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used — exclusively if you click “Accept” in the banner on your first visit. Without that consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
After you consent, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_…) to
recognise returning visits and collects pseudonymised usage data (pages viewed, time spent,
approximate region, device used). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The
measurement data is retained by Google for up to 14 months.
Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, sec. 25(1) of the German TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Decline”.
Within the Google group, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by standard contractual clauses (see section 11).
Without your consent this website sets no cookies. Your banner decision is remembered in a
technical localStorage entry in your browser (4a_consent) — this is required for
the feature to work (sec. 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and remains stored until you delete it or change
your decision. After consent, the Google Analytics cookies from section 7 are added; on the
purchase pages Stripe may set its own cookies (section 6). Details are in our
cookie policy.
