In short

Without your consent this website sets no cookies. On your first visit a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics for audience measurement. If you decline, the website stays entirely cookie-free. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

The banner and your decision

Your choice (“Accept” or “Decline”) is not stored in a cookie but in a technical localStorage entry in your browser (4a_consent). This entry is required for the feature to work (sec. 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG), contains only your decision and remains until you change it or clear your browser data.

Analytics cookies — with consent only

Only after you click “Accept” is Google Analytics 4 loaded, setting these cookies:

What else applies

The pages are static HTML. Everything they need in order to display — fonts, images, styles, the few scripts for the menu, the carousels and the banner — is served from our own server in Germany. There are no advertising or social media components of the kind that typically set cookies.

The exception without a banner: buying through Stripe

You can buy our plug-ins directly. Payment is handled by Stripe.

On some product pages the Stripe buy button is embedded. Your browser therefore loads a script from js.stripe.com. Stripe learns your IP address and the page you opened and may set cookies within its own domain for fraud prevention. No cookie is set in our domain.
On the other product pages the buy button simply leads to a Stripe page. Nothing is transmitted before you click.

What we do not use

Google Tag Manager, Google Ads
Facebook pixel and other advertising or remarketing pixels
embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos, maps, social media buttons
fonts from third-party servers
external consent management tools such as CookieBot — our banner is built in-house and loads nothing from third parties

Managing cookies in your browser

Independently of the banner you can inspect, restrict or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the settings are usually found under “Privacy and security”.
