Every country arrives with its own format and its own channel — XRechnung, Factur-X, FatturaPA, KSeF, Peppol. Half of Europe is already under obligation, the rest has fixed dates. And they are converging: on 1 January 2027 four markets switch at once.

Its regulatory team tracks legislative change across more than 40 connected countries and rolls out format updates before they hit you. Hosting sits in certified data centres in Frankfurt and Zurich, with at least 99.7% availability under SLA.
We don't build the network ourselves — keeping channels and schemas current across Europe is ecosio's business, NetSuite is ours. As a white-label partner we deliver both from one hand: you get a maintained network instead of an in-house interface that fits exactly until a requirement changes.
For receiving, yes: since 1 January 2025 companies in Germany must be able to accept e-invoices. Issuing becomes mandatory on 1 January 2027 (above €800,000 prior-year turnover) and on 1 January 2028 for everyone. If you invoice into other countries, you often have obligations already — see the timeline above.
The ecosio network is connected in more than 40 countries; the common European formats — XRechnung and ZUGFeRD per EN 16931, Factur-X, FatturaPA via SdI, KSeF, Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 — are included without surcharge. A further country is normally configuration, not a development project.
Not for your users. Creation, sending and status live in NetSuite; transport and format conversion are handled by the ecosio platform in the background. You operate no Peppol infrastructure, no certificates and no portal of your own.
Incoming invoices are collected automatically, parsed and — where required — created as Vendor Bills in NetSuite, referencing the purchase order. NetSuite's standard reconciliation of order, receipt and invoice applies; deviations surface in the system, not in a manual comparison of two PDFs.
The channel's response lands on the record as a structured error in plain language. Because validation runs before sending, the common causes — missing mandatory fields, wrong tax details — show up beforehand.
